Hello, my name is Roxanne Quinn, I am Registered Nutritional Therapist & Health Coach, here to help you understand your own individual nutritional & physical needs in order to be your best self.  


I have had many of my own struggles with health both mentally & physically, so at 35 decided to take control back. Through my own trials & errors over the years I have discovered many ways to navigate the various areas of health & life in order to get back to a happy, healthy body & mind, you can too! 

I created Happy Out Nutrition for the average person because I am an average person; I don't diet, I eat chocolate, I don't like the gym (though I do love exercise) & I find that life can easily get in the way of health if you're not paying attention.


My passion is educating people just like you about the essential role nutrition plays in our lives. From regulating hormones, weight loss, mental health, & digestion, to how you sleep, age, & prevent diseases.

I try not to use the word diet in my vocabulary & I won't put you on one because while diets may work in the short term, I believe in lifestyle changes for lasting results you can live with.


What you put in your body makes all the difference to what you will get out of your own unique body...Health doesn't have to be hard but it does take effort!
