Hello, my name is Roxanne Quinn and I am Registered Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach. Here to help you understand your body and your own individual nutritional and physical needs in order to be your best self.
I have had many of my own struggles with health both mentally and physically and at 35 decided to take control back. Through my own trials and errors over the years I have discovered many ways to navigate the various areas of health and life in order to get back to a happy, healthy body and mind. You can do the same, I assure you, it just means committing to yourself, which is never a bad thing.
My passion is about educating people just like you about the essential role nutrition plays in our lives. From regulating hormones, weight loss, mental health, and digestion, to how you sleep, age, and prevent diseases.
**What you put in your body makes all the difference to what you will get out of your own unique body**
I try not to use the word diet in my vocabulary and I won't put you on one because while diets may work in the short term, I believe in lifestyle changes for lasting results you can live with.
I created Happy Out Nutrition for the average person because I am an average person; I don't diet, I eat chocolate, I don't like the gym (though I do love exercise), and I find that life can easily get in the way of health if you're not paying attention.
It took me years to find that necessary balance in my eating habits, mental health and overall well being and I don't want people to go at it alone the way I did. Health doesn't have to be hard, expensive or time consuming...trust me I am the queen of 30 min meals, workouts, and yoga practices!
