Initial consultation is approximately 90 minutes. This is where we get to know you & what you want to achieve in relation to your health & wellness.


Together we will look at:

- Family history, past & present 
- Medications & supplements past & present
- Each system of your body & how it is preforming 
- Your current dietary intake & your perceived relationship with food 
- Your lifestyle 
- Check tongue, nails, and take weight/measurements if you choose 

From the above I will gather the information needed to put together an initial plan specifically for you.
