Initial Consultation is approximately 90 minutes. They are where we get to know you and what you want to achieve in relation to your health and wellness. Together we will look at:
- Family history, past and present
- Medications & Supplements past and present
- Each system of your body and how it is preforming
- Your Diet and your perceived relationship with food
- Your Lifestyle
- Check BP, Tongue, Nails, and take Weight/Measurements if you choose
From the above I will gather information needed to put together an initial plan specifically for you.
