Initial Consultation is approximately 90 min. It's where we get to know you and what you want to achieve in relation to your health and wellness. Together we will look at: - Family history, past and present - Medications & Supplements past and present - Each system of your body and how it is preforming - Your Diet and your perceived relationship with food - Your Lifestyle - Check BP, Tongue, Nails, and take Weight/Measurements if you choose From the above I will gather information needed to put together a plan for you. Think of it like a mini therapy session around how you feel about your body. Most of us don't look at the body as whole but that's what Nutritionist do, every part is linked and we need to achieve balance among these systems for optimal function.
