A personalized 6 to 8 week program to help you achieve optimal health now! Setting you up for your best years ahead, slowing the aging process, improving physical and mental health, while giving you the tools to make the lifestyle changes needed for a healthier and happier journey through life. Overview (but not limited to): - Bringing the body back into balance through nutrition, movement, and an individualized understanding of how your body works - Hormone balancing - especially supportive for those looking to improve energy, reduce weight, or if you are in a perimenopausal or menopausal stage of life (andropause for men) - Prevention for Age Related Disease, Cardiovascular risks, Diabetes, and Cognitive decline Program Includes: - Nutritional Consultation approx. 90 min including Physical/Lifestyle areas - Discuss your level of physical fitness to determine where you are at in relation to exercise needs and capabilities. - Lifestyle Discussion (regarding beliefs/behaviors associated with where you currently are). - Guided meal planning. - Guidelines and resources to achieving a more active lifestyle. - Incorporation of mindfulness practices because a healthy mind and body go hand in hand. From there I will put together a plan tailored to your wants and needs. The goal of this program is to help you transition into a sustainable healthier lifestyle. We will break old habits and create new ones that will serve you better in the long term. Support: - 1x weekly 30 min phone/video call to address where you are at and keep you motivated and on track. - 1x weekly email check in as needed depending on you. Time and consistency are the only way to achieve goals in any area of life and sometimes it helps to know you have someone behind you that will help to keep pushing you forward.
